South Park made fun of Kanye West and it had me rolling on the floor, laughing out loud!
This is one to put in the “instant classic” category.
South Park Season 13, episode 1305 is titled “Fishsticks” and it features a character based on Chicago’s own Kanye West. The show makes fun of Kanye’s ego, and once again, I was laughing out loud, and rolling on the floor.

Chicago’s own Common has teamed with Diesel to be the face of a new cologne called “Only the Brave.”
“Common perfectly represents the spirit and energy of ‘Only The Brave’ fragrance: passion, will and conviction,” Diesel president Renzo Rosso said in a statement. “He’s in control of his own destiny and has made his mark in all of his pursuits, creating changes through every effort and every medium.”
Looks like a match made in Heaven between Diesel and Common. Common is feeling the company, and the Company is feeling Common.
“I wanted to partner with Diesel because that’s really what I’m about too – to be an individual and an artist, it takes both bravery and courage,” Common said.
Mattie T. covers North Carolina Men’s NCAA Basketball Championship.
That’s what’s up!!!

As it stands right now, Tony Sculfield is set to sit in the driver’s seat in the mornings at WGCI on April 1st 2009 and beyond. Steve Harvey will continue on V103, and Tom Joyner will no longer be on the air in Chicago, unless one has the ability to stream audio from the internet […]
Whitney Young will play for the boy’s 4a state championship tonight against Waukegan.
Marcus Jordan was named player of the game in last night’s semi-final game against Thornton, and is ready to face Jereme Richmond, Colin Nickerson and the Waukegan squad.
The Dolphins fell short of the Public League City Championship in the semi-finals, but can now show the state and the world the boatload of talent on the team, which goes deep as potentially eight division I players.
Whitney Young has taken the toughest road of any other team to find their way to the state championship game overcoming the likes of Fenwick, Morton, Chicago De La Salle and Chicago Hyde Park ahead of knocking off Thornton in the semifinals.
