Sanna Lathon, Michael Ealy, and Morris Chestnut headline the film that is intended to have you thrilled to the edge of your seat. The cast can act, and they are the movie’s strongest asset.
The good news is that the characters are well developed. Thankfully, the female victim does not make you want to choke her. Also, the script does a good job of covering itself. I spent minimum time questioning the motivation of the characters. There was a nice build up of suspense throughout the story.
Miss Jackson, cause I’m nasty, makes her way into the number one spot this week with her refreshing jam titled “No Sleep.” She ends a two week run by Jidenna.
