CHICAGO – James Washington of the 5600 block of South Morgan Street was killed when his car was struck by another driver, causing his car to hit a pole. A 39 year old man from Hoffman Estates was charged with failure to yield at an intersection. Washington, 39, was pronounced dead before 10am.
