Wiliam Posey Family Sues Ice Bar

The Suntimes.com reports the family of William Posey has filed a lawsuit against the owners of the Ice bar where Posey was shot to death last December.
Posey’s family says that the Ice Bar served too much alcohol to 34-year-old Michael Selvie, who was charged with Posey’s murder. Selvie is now being held at 26th and California.
Posey was Tank Johnson‘s best friend and bodyguard. Five-O had just raided Tank’s crib less than 48 hours before the Ice Bar incident, and the two were charged with possession of gun and drugs.

Tank now plays for the Dalls Cowboys.

The lawsuit names the Ice Bar, Anna Marie Amato, Jason Modzelewski and others as defendants.
