Chipper Jones out for season with torn ACL..

Chipper Jones might have ended his baseball career on Tuesday evening, as the 17-year Atlanta Braves veteran will miss the remainder of the season after tearing his ACL against the Houston Astros.
If this is endeed the end, Jones could be Hall of Fame bound with a career batting average of .306, as he also hit .288 in 20 career postseason series.
He made 6 All-Star Game appearences during his career, won the 1999 National League MVP award & won the National League batting title after hitting .364 in 2008.
