Man Killed Crossing I-57

The Chicago Sun Times reports that Lawrence Ulmenstine was killed while trying to cross I-57 on Thursday. He was pronounced dead at the Cook County medical examiner’s office at 6:35 p.m.
Nobody in the car was injured.
I gotta feel sorry for the brah, but that is something I decided a long time ago that I would never try to do.
We will prolly never know what made Mr. Ulmenstine try to cross I-57 on foot at 5:25 in the evening on New Year’s Day, but we do know that traffic was at a complete stand still for hours while they investigated the accident.
Wow.
