Cubs righthander Carlos Zambrano (3-5, 5.10) against White Sox righthander Jake Peavy (6-5, 5.07).
Zambrano will make his 12th career start against the White Sox on Friday & is 5-3 against them with a 4.56 ERA.
He also owns a 4.96 ERA in 5 career starts at U.S. Cellular Field.
