Atlanta Hawks set to hire Larry Drew as head coach..

Former 10-year NBA veteran Larry Drew agreed to a 3-year contract to become the Atlanta Hawks’ next head coach on Friday, as he beat out current ABC/ESPN analyst Mark Jackson & Dallas Mavericks assistant Dwyane Casey for the job.
Drew does have 16 years of assistant head coaching experience under his belt, including the last 6 with the Hawks.
Atlanta has made the postseason in each of the last 3 years, which is the first time that has occured since 1992 to ’94.
