The Arizona Diamondbacks made a risky move on Tuesday, as they traded for pitcher Dontrelle Willis from the Detroit Tigers, who will receive cash & right-hander Billy Buckner in return.
Willis has struggled ever since he won a career-high 22 wins in 2005 & was 1-2 in 8 starts for Detroit this season with a 4.98 ERA.
The 28-year old veteran will make his Arizona debut on Saturday against the Colorado Rockies.
