Congratulations to Stan Van Gundy’s Orlando Magic, who will reach the Conference Finals for the 2nd consecutive year for the first time since 1995-96.
They are also the second straight team to sweep their way into the Eastern Conference Finals, as the Cleveland Cavaliers also did it during the 2008-09 season.
As for Mike Woodson’s Atlanta Hawks, they miss out on reaching their first Conference Finals appearence since 1970.
Orlando will now await the winner of the Cleveland/Boston series for their opponent in the Eastern Conference Finals.
