Dwight Howard starred with 22 points, 17 rebounds & 4 blocks as the Orlando Magic used a monster 2nd half to beat the Atlanta Hawks 93-76.
Vince Carter also added 21 points & 9 rebounds for a Magic team that trailed by 12 at halftime, but used a 54-25 2nd half advantage to pull away with the blowout win.
Joe Johnson led Atlanta with 22 points & 7 rebounds, while Josh Smith had 13 points & 13 rebounds for a Hawks team that shot just 38.8% from the field.
January 9th, 2010@Orlando:
Matt Barnes scored 18 points to lead 7 Orlando Magic players in double-figures, as they overcame the absence of Vince Carter to blowout the Atlanta Hawks 113-81.
J.J. Redick scored 17 in Carter’s place, while Ryan Anderson added 16 off the bench for a Magic team that shot 52.4%.
Al Horford led Atlanta with 14 points & 5 rebounds, while Josh Smith & Marvin Williams scored 11 points apiece.
January 30th, 2010@Orlando:
Dwight Howard turned in a monster performance with 31 points & 19 rebounds, as the Orlando Magic beat the Atlanta Hawks 104-86.
Ryan Anderson chipped in with 16 points & 5 rebounds off the bench, as the Magic shot 54.2% for the game.
Joe Johnson & Jamal Crawford scored 19 points apiece for Atlanta, who shot jut 39.5% from the field.
March 24th, 2010@Atlanta:
Joe Johnson led the Atlanta Hawks with 17 points, 8 assists & 6 rebounds as Josh Smith’s putback dunk at the buzzer lifted them to a 86-84 win over the Orlando Magic.
Smith himself had 15 points & 7 rebounds, as he was one of 6 Hawks to score in double-figures.
Jameer Nelson led Orlando with 20 points, 8 assists & 5 rebounds as Orlando lost despite holding a 48-38 rebound advantage.
