Scottie Pippen named finalist for ’10 Hall of Fame!

7-time NBA All-Star & 6-time NBA World Champion Scottie Pippen has an opportunity to join the Hall of Fame, as he was officially named as a finalist for the Class of 2010.
Pippen was an integral part of all six championships won by the Chicago Bulls in the 90’s & made the playoffs in sixteen consecutive seasons. He ranks 3rd All-time in career postseason games played behind Kareem Abdul Jabbar & Robert Horry.
He spent time with Houston & Portland before retiring from the NBA in 2003, but made a brief comeback in 2008 while playing overseas in Finland & Sweden.
Karl Malone, Chris Mullin, Bernard King, Jamaal Wilkes, the late Dennis Johnson, WNBA star Cynthia Cooper & Lakers owner Jerry Buss along with the 1992 U.S. Dream Team are also up for eligibility in August.
