Caught on Video: Elderly Couple Gets Jacked

TAMPA, FL – Security cameras capture a teenager snatching the purse from an elderly lady, who was grocery shopping with her elderly brother.

The young man drags the elderly man and woman over their shopping cart and to the ground, then dashes to the front to try to make a get away.

Meanwhile, the dude was supposed to be on house arrest.

I suppose it is hard for some individuals to stay outta trouble.
