Paul Pierce scorerd 24 points & grabbed 7 rebounds, as the Boston Celtics used a big 2nd half to beat the Orlando Magic 107-88.
Ray Allen added 21, while Rajon Rondo also chipped in with 16 points & 12 assists as the Celtics shot 54.1% for the game.
Rashard Lewis led Orlando with 30 points & 5 rebounds, while Hedo Turkoglu added 19 points & 7 rebounds for a Magic team that connected on just 5-of-26 (19.2%) of their three point attempts.
January 22nd, 2009@Orlando:
Paul Pierce scored a game-high 27 points, as the Boston Celtics beat the Orlando Magic 90-80 despite failing to hit a single three-pointer.
Glen Davis outscored the Magic’s bench by himself with 16 points in 21 minutes.

Dwight Howard’s dominating 18 point, 15 rebound & 5 block performance led the Orlando Magic to a 86-79 win over the Boston Celtics.

Dwight Howard did it all, as he scored 24 points, grabbed 21 rebounds & blocked Paul Pierce’s potential game-tying layup to lift the Orlando Magic to a 84-82 win over the Boston Celtics.
Rashard Lewis also added 21 points for a Magic team that won despite shooting just 37.0% from the field.
Paul Pierce led Boston with 26 points & 7 rebounds, while Ray Allen added 16 for a Celtics team that committed more turnovers (18) than assists (14).
