Forner Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Jimmy Smith was charged Wednesday with drug possession after being pulled over in Jacksonville, FL due to excessive tints on his new Mercedes-Benz.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Smith had crack cocaine, marijuana & a “powder cocaine residued” business card.
Smith spent all 10 of his NFL seasons with the Jacksonville Jaguars & went over the 1,000 yard receiving mark in every year except 2003.
Smith also appeared in 5 consecutive Pro Bowls from 1997-2001.
No bond has been set at this time.
