“The Fridge” hospitalized in South Carolina..

Written by on April 22, 2009

Thoughts & prayers are going out to the friends & family of William “The Refrigator” Perry, as one of the Chicago Bears’ most popular players in franchise history is currently hospitalized in South Carolina due to complications from Guillian-Baire.

The Guillian-Baire syndrome can cause weakness to the legs, arms & facial muscles.

Perry spent a majority of his NFL career with the Bears before making a brief stint with the Philadelphia Eagles.

The Fridge has had Guillian-Baire since June of 2008, but Perry’s uncle Purnell expects the Bears’ legend to recover.
