Is Shaq a cheater?

On Friday night against Toronto, Phoenix Suns’ center Shaquille O’Neal showed flashes of youth as the 36-year old scored a season-high 45 points during the Suns’ 133-113 win.
Most people would be really impressed with this, except for Toronto’s Chris Bosh.
Bosh stated that O’Neal was “camping down in the lane” and that the NBA’s 3-second violations weren’t being put in effect.
It’s the first 40-point game for O’Neal since December 13th, 2004.
O’Neal was a member of the Miami Heat & scored 40 points while grabbing 12 rebounds & blocked 5 shots during Miami’s 106-83 win over Washington.
O’Neal also finished with his highest field-goal percentage (hit 20 of 25 shots for a 80.0% clip on Friday) with 20 or more attempts since converting 16 of 20 shots on January 11th, 2005 against Phoenix.
In that game, O’Neal scored 34 points & grabbed 11 rebounds during Miami’s 122-107 loss.
