Toddler Injured by Razor Blades Purposely Taped to Playground Equipment

Some asshole taped razor blades onto the playground equipment at Millennium Park in East Moline, IL. A two year old cut himself as he played with his father.
The police combed the playground and found a dozen razor blades taped to various equipment.
This lead them to investigate every playground in East Moline. No razor blades were found in any other parks. (ABC7|ChicagoTribune)
What type of animal would do this?
Criminals took the time to place a dozen razor blades in places where multiple children could slice themselves open. Obviously the assholes weren’t very bright. They didn’t realize the other kids would stop playing on the playground once the first kid was cut.
Luckily, the child suffered only minor injuries. His father treated the cuts at home.
To whoever did this . . . C’mon, man. Trying to hurt innocent kids? What a cowardly act.
