Written by DJ Special Blend from Chicago on January 15, 2009
Bone Thugs N Harmony thug and vocalist Bizzy Bone was robbed and beat down Friday. This took place outside of the Universal Hilton Hotel, which has been hosting the Television Critics Association Winter Press Tour since Wednesday.
While journalists were inside being introduced to a new crop of cable programming, cops were outside arresting 30-year-old Marlo “Bow Wow” Jones, a contract worker for local anti-gang organization United One. He is currently behind bars with bail set at $1.1 million, reports E! Online.
Bryon McCane, that’s his real name, is a founding member of the Cleveland based Hip-Hop group Bone Thugs. They locked a place in musical history with their cross over smash “Crossroads” back in the 90’s.
Yea, it was a hit. Spent four weeks at number one on the DJ Special Blend’s Top 40 whenthe countdown was being host over at UIC.edu. Remember the web sites with the tilda (~) in the URL? 🙂
