Real Estate Agent Caught On Video Having Sex in House For Sale

A man released video evidence of his real estate agent having sex in a house that was for sale. The man alleges the agent placed the house above market value so he could use the home as a motel.

Richard Weiner hired former Coldwell Bank real estate agent Robert Lindsay to put his house on the market. Security footage revealed Linsey having sex with fellow agent Jeannemarie Phelan on multiple occasions. The Winers no longer lived at the home.

Inside Edition covered this story. Weiner’s wife decided to browse the security footage one day and came across a sexual encounter. After they reviewed more footage, they discovered it happened regularly. On two of the thirteen occasions Linday and Phelan used the house to fornicate, they notice the cameras and looked directly into them. However, that did not stop them from carrying on.

Real estate agents probably do this all the time. What trips me out is that they didn’t stop once they noticed security cameras throughout the house. How arrogant can you be? Keep in mind that both of the real estate agents were married to other people at the time. People leave footprints of themselves doing things they ain’t supposed to be doing all the time. Then they wonder why they get put on blast in front of the entire world.

For real though. These people obviously have never seen Cheaters. That show is funny, just like this story. You don’t even have to make jokes about it. This is the type of thing one looks at and shakes his or her head, then laughs.
