Braves trade for Dan Uggla…

The first big move of the 2010 offseason was made on Tuesday, as the Atlanta Braves acquired 2-time All-Star 2nd baseman Dan Uggla from the Florida Marlins, in exchange for Omar Infante & Mike Dunn.
Uggla should give Atlanta an immediate upgrade offensively, as he’s hit 25 or more homers & driven in 90 or more runs in each of his five big-league seasons.
His defense can become an issue though, as he’s committed anywhere from 11 to 18 errors per season.
Uggla’s best numbers have come against the Braves, as he’s a career .287 hitter against them in 89 games with 23 home runs & 62 runs batted in.
