Common Reaches Out to Work With Ice Cube

No longer does Common see the bitch in Ice Cube, but he may indeed see the possible dollar signs that could be made if the two Hip-Hop artist turned actors choose to work on a movie together.

Rapper/actor Common has extended an offer to fellow rapper/actor Ice Cube, to possibly work on a film together in the future (theurbandaily)

All I ask if that they don’t make a family movie, produced by Queen Latifah and Steve Martin for cryin’ out loud, that is targeted to be shown on airline flights.

I hope they make a grimey-ass, R-rated, Boyz-n-the-Hood meets Avalon Park type of flick… really…

“Point blank, when Cube and I had beef, I was a fan of his first and foremost, I grew up like loving Cube,” Common told AllHipHop.com. “I still respected him as an artist, but I had to come at him. It’s like a boxer; if somebody challenge you in the ring, you got to go at him. But we all good now, and maybe we can produce a movie together or something.”
