Marcus McNeill ends holdout, signs 1 yr deal with Chargers..

2-time Pro Bowl left tackle Marcus McNeill ended his lengthy holdout on Saturday, as he signed a 1 year contract tender worth $630,000 with the San Diego Chargers.

2nd-year man Brandyn Dombrowski has been filling in at left tackle during McNeill’s absence, as Philip Rivers has been sacked just 3 times in 2 games so far.

McNeill will be eligible to return on October 17th against St. Louis.

As for disgruntled wide receiver Vincent Jackson, he’ll also be eligible to return on October 17th.
