Cypress Hill & Apple Sued For “How I Could Just Kill A Man”

Here is somethin’ I can’t understand… and that’s people suing Hip-Hop artist twenty years later for samples.

Whatever the case, Drive-In Music is suing Cypress Hill and Apple for the 90’s Hip-Hop hit “How I Could Just Kill A Man” for not clearing the sample of “Come On In” by the Music Machine.

I have mad mixed feelings about peeps reaching back and taking legal action for old samples this many years later. But I guess when there is money to be made, everybody wants their cut.
