LAS VEGAS, NV – Former Philadelphia Eagles’ quarterback Randall Cunningham’s 2year old son was found dead after apparently drowning in a hot tub.
Las Vegas police Lt. Dennis Flynn says it appeared to have been an accident. He says a woman at the house with several other children found the boy about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday and began trying to resuscitate him.
The child was pronounced dead at St. Rose Dominican Hospital Siena campus in Henderson (News One).
Cunningham was out of town at the time of the accident, and the family is declining comment at this time.
Cunningham, 47, is an ordained minister and pastor of a church six blocks off Las Vegas Boulevard that he runs with his wife, Felicity. Christian Cunningham was the youngest of their four children (Huffington Post).
