Are you ready for a HAYWIRE sports day??

The Bears, Hawks, Bulls, Cubs & White Sox will all be involved in action today in what’s sure to be one of the busiest sports days in Chicago history.
It all starts at 6PM cst on TNT, as the Chicago Bulls host the Cleveland Cavaliers in a must-win situation tonight in Game 3 of their Eastern Conference 1st round playoff series.
The Bulls have played well in spurts during both games, but not good enough for them to go home with a split, as they have had major trouble trying to stop LeBron James (32 PPG on 59.5% shooting in series).
Derrick Rose is playing great for Chicago, as he’s averaging 25.5 points & 9 assists so far, but he’ll need more help outside of Joakim Noah if the Bulls want to get back into this series.
It will then shift to the NFL Draft, as both ESPN & NFL Network will televise the 1st round beginning at 6:30 PM cst tonight.
The Bears have one pick each in the final five rounds in the draft beginning with Round 3, but with several areas that still need to be addressed, don’t be surprised if Jerry Angelo decides to trade down.
At 7:30 PM cst, the Chicago Blackhawks face a must-win situation in Game 4 of their Western Conference 1st-round playoff series as they trail Nashville 2 games to 1.
The Blackhawks could use a quick turnaround from Jonathan Toews, Marian Hossa & Patrick Sharp, as the threesome have yet to record a goal this postseason.
They also know that 4 goals in 3 games won’t cut it for the 3rd highest-scoring team in the NHL this season, so we’ll see how Chicago reacts under intense pressure as they look to even things up.
I didn’t even mention the Cubs & White Sox, as the Cubs look to even things up in New York against Johan Santana while the Sox try to rebound from a 12-0 home thumping to Tampa Bay & take the series.
