Rookie guard Jerryd Bayless scored 29 points off the bench & hit three game-winning free throws with 9 seconds remaining to help the Portland Trail Blazers knock off the Phoenix Suns 105-102.
Brandon Roy added 27 points, as the Trail Blazers’ bench outscored Phoenix 41-13.
Amare Stoudeamire led the Suns with 27 points & 11 rebounds, as Phoenix was outscored 35-21 in the 4th quarter.
Grant Hill added 20 points in a losing effort.
February 10th, 2010@Phoenix:
LaMarcus Aldridge scored 22 points & grabbed 6 rebounds, as the Portland Trail Blazers overcame the absence of Brandon Roy to beat the Phoenix Suns 108-101.
Andre Miller & Steve Blake both scored 20 points apiece for the Trail Blazers, who had 6 players in double figures & shot a sizzling 58.4% from the field.
Amare Stoudemire led Phoenix with 24 points & 9 rebounds, as Steve Nash added 15 points & 11 assists despite his 6-of-16 shooting.
