Carmelo Anthony led the way with 30 points, 8 rebounds & 5 assists as the Denver Nuggets recorded a 114-105 opening night win over the Utah Jazz.
Chauncey Billups added 25, as Denver used a 10 pt advantage after halftime to pull away for the victory.
Deron William had 28 points & 13 assists for Utah, while Ronnie Brewer & Andrei Kirilenko added 16 points apiece.
January 2nd, 2010@Utah:
Reserve guard Ty Lawson provided some heroics with a 23 point, 9 assist effort as the Denver Nuggets beat the Utah Jazz 105-95 without the services of Carmelo Anthony & Chauncey Billups.
Nene scored 22 points, had 6 steals & grabbed 25 rebounds as Denver forced Utah into 25 turnovers.
Carlos Boozer scored 18 points & grabbed 10 rebounds to lead the Jazz, while Deron Williams & Mehmet Okur each scored 16 points apiece.
January 17th, 2010@Denver:
Carmelo Anthony poured in a game-high 37 points as the Denver Nuggets topped the Utah Jazz 119-112.
Chauncey Billups also added 29 points & 5 rebounds despite his 5-of-13 shooting.
Deron Williams had 23 points & 13 assists to lead Utah, who lost despite outscoring Denver’s bench 47-22.
February 6th, 2010@Utah:
Deron Williams & Andrei Kirilenko scored 22 points apiece to lead the Utah Jazz to a 116-106 win over the Denver Nuggets.
Ty Lawson led Denver with 25 points, who had to play without Carmelo Anthony & Chauncey Billups.
