NAS looking to get High School Diploma

My boy NAS plans to take it back to the school daze and pursue his high school diploma. Who can be mad at the classic thug, turned grown man who vows to go back and get the diploma that society had previously deprived from him. Really.

Pittsburgh’s the Post-Gazette reports that Nas spoke to the students at the Boys & Girls Club of America’s annual National Keystone Conference
in Pittsburgh.

“The reality of it is, you need to keep educating yourself, and I wish I had stayed in school,” Nas revealed to the group of high school students.

Honestly dog, it’s hard to do comedy writing off of something like this.

“This is an incredible message, to have someone who succeeded so much in their life, but there is still a void,” said Frank Sanchez, the vice president for corporate and partner relationships for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.

This will end up being a wonderful story and ABC will shoot an After School Special based on his experience. MTV will make a reality show about it, and Bill Cosby will feature NAS as an MC on his next rap album.

All of this will be possible as long as NAS doesn’t get caught passing around Garcia Vegas full of cush in the back of the class. Really.
