On Sunday, Brett Favre did something that had never been done before over his illustrious 19-year career.
He finally beat the Cowboys in the postseason, as Favre’s 4 touchdown passes helped Minnesota provide a 34-3 blowout win over Dallas.
3 of Favre’s 4 touchdowns went to Sidney Rice, as he had a 47-yarder in the 1st quarter, a 16-yarder in the 2nd quarter & a 45-yarder in the 3rd quarter.
Favre’s 4th touchdown angered some Cowboys, as his 11-yard strike to Visante Shiancoe came with the game already out of hand.
It was a very difficult day for the Dallas offense, as Tony Romo’s sack total (6) exceeded the number of points scored (3) for the Cowboys in a disappointing loss.
Minnesota will move on to face New Orleans on Sunday in the NFC Championship Game.
