Celtics lose Paul Pierce indefinitely..

The Boston Celtics will be without “The Truth” for awhile.
This comes after the 7-time All Star forward Paul Pierce complained of knee soreness following their 103-94 win over Indiana on Tuesday, as he scored 21 points despite just 4-of-15 shooting.
Losing Pierce for an indefinite amount of time would be a huge blow for the 22-5 Celtics, as he’s leading the team with 18.2 points per game & is 4th in the NBA with a 47.3% clip from three-point range.
Boston will have Kevin Garnett back for their Christmas Day showdown in Orlando against the 22-7 Magic, as he missed Tuesday’s win over Indiana with a right thigh bruise.
Friday will be the first game Pierce will miss due to injury (right elbow) since March 30th, 2007 against Philadelphia as he sat during Boston’s 88-82 loss.
