For the 2nd straight game, Jay Cutler had a chance to lead his team downfield for a game-winning touchdown in the waning seconds.
For the 2nd straight game, he fell short.
The Philadelphia Eagles got a key interception with under a minute to go, as they shook off 3 offensive turnovers to beat the Bears 24-20 on Sunday evening from Soldier Field.
This latest loss is surely to knock Chicago out of the playoff picture, as they are sitting at 4-6 & would almost need to run the table for their remaining 6 games to have a realistic chance of getting in.
The Bears will travel to Minnesota on Sunday to meet up with Brett Favre & the Vikings, who own the NFC’s 2nd-best record at 9-1 and have not lost at home yet this season.
