Katt Williams Arrested for Burglary: Accused of Holding 17 Year Old Hostage

Katt Williams' Mug Shot Not only has my boy Katt Williams been arrested for burglary, a 911 call has surfaced from last week with a 17 year old boy saying he was being held hostage by the comedian. Click –> here to listen.

The call was made around 9 PM on November 3 from a house in Coweta County. The caller says he had a car waiting to take him to the airport — but Katt “wouldn’t let our ride take us there” and “threatened to beat me up.” The caller says he’s not sure if Katt is armed with a weapon. (TMZ)

No arrest were made when five-oh got to the seen.

However, we know that Katt was indeed arrested for burglary. His lawyer is calling the arrest bogus, and is saying it was the result of a dispute with and employee.

William Briggs (Katt’s lawyer) says the reason his client was busted is because he was involved in a dispute with one of Barry Hankerson (the owner of the house) employees who lives in the guesthouse. The vengeful employee called the cops and reported a faux burglary, Briggs says. Briggs adds Katt had “full permission” to be on the property and has been staying there for the last 3 weeks.

Bail has been set at $41,150.

Whatever the outcome, I cain’t wait to hear the material he comes up with after this incident. A new reason to go on tour again.
