Shaquille O’Neal, aka “The Big Shaqalier” got a thunderous ovation during starting lineups & finished with 10 points and 10 rebounds in 28 minutes, but Boston ruined the fun with a 95-89 win.
LeBron James’ game-high 38 points were put to waste, as he had several highlight-reel blocks on the defensive end on Rajon Rondo & Ray Allen.
Kevin Garnett scored 13 points & grabbed 10 rebounds in 33 minutes while playing in his first regular-season game since March 25th.
The Celtics will be without forward Glen “Big Baby” Davis for up to 6 weeks, as the former LSU star broke his thumb in an altercation with a friend that occured on Sunday.
Team owner Wyc Grousbeck told WFXT-TV in Boston that a suspension could be upcoming for Davis due to his recent actions.
Cleveland will be without starting guard Delonte West indefinitely, as he is going through personal issues & recently admitted that he’s bi-polar.
