The Public is Pissed over Cop Getting Bail

CHICAGO, IL – The Chicago detective accused of causing a fatal auto crash while drunk was released on bail, and some citizens did not like that at all.
Detective Joseph Frugoli is an 18 year five-oh veteran, and he recently hit a stationary car on the expressway that killed two people.
About 75 friends and relatives of Andrew Cazares, 23, of Summit, and Fausto Manzera, 21, of Chicago were present at the hearing and they were in the streets outraged after the decision to release the officer on bail.
Poor fella.
But more so, the poor family.
No matter what happens to the cop that made the mistake, those two victims will never come back.
No doubt, the public will want full “justice…” but how many times does that happen when cops are accused?
