Former Atlanta Falcons running back Jamal Anderson was released from prison on Monday after being arrested on cocaine & marijuana possession.
Anderson had a breakout season in 1998 which coincided with Atlanta’s only Super Bowl appearence to date where he rushed for 1,846 yards & scored 14 touchdowns.
Anderson also made his only Pro Bowl apperance in 1998.
It is unsure whether or not Anderson will keep his analyst job with ESPN after his recent arrest. Jamal has been out of football since suffering a career-ending knee injury in 2001.
