Tom Ricketts & his family for $900 million!
The 43-year old Ricketts is a graduate from the University of Chicago & grew up following the Cubs on WGN from his hometown of Omaha, Nebraska.
According to Ricketts’ longtime friend Curt Conklin, Ricketts has been thinking about a possible transaction of the Cubs “for the past 10 years”.
A press conference has not been set up yet by the Chicago Cubs regarding the finalized deal.
