If only this were Punk’d, with Ashton Kutcher ready to deliver the surprise…

Unfornautely for Philadelphia Eagles quarterback & Chicago native Donovan McNabb, this was a real-life situation.

Before the Eagles’ season-ending NFC Championship Game loss to the Super Bowl-bound Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, some local fans decided to prank McNabb’s suburban Phoenix home with signs that read “Go Cards” and “Beat Philly.”

McNabb laughed off this prank, but he didn’t laugh at the next one.

The two men who originally planted the flags on McNabb’s property came back & used diesel fuel to burn the signs, which also damaged about $2,000 worth of the 8-year NFL superstar’s lawn.

Both 37-year old Rex Perkins & 28-year old Ryan Hanlon were arrested for their participation in the pranks of McNabb.
