Roland Burris Turned Back from the U.S. Senate

Poor Roland Burris.

I’m sure Blagojevich made sure that Burris would accept the appointment before he made it.

I wonder if Burris knew that there would be a cloud that would be over his own head now.

Poor fella.

He may never be accepted because his name is now associated with Blagojevich.  At least never accepted as a Senator.
